Covid-19 Policy
The health and safety of all participants is our highest priority. By choosing a trip and workshop through us, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others. If you feel ill or have covid-19 symptoms we ask you to stay at home. We will be following updated recommendations from in country authorities regarding covid-19, which can change at any time.
In the interest of the health and safety of our guests, trip leaders, instructors and local suppliers, we will also be following additional covid-19 policies. These policies may be updated as necessary at any time.
The following policy was reviewed in January 2024 and remains current until further notice.
Vaccinations
In an effort to protect fellow guests and those we meet during our trips, all guests and trip leaders must be vaccinated.
Testing
To ensure everyone in the group is negative for covid-19, we will be asking all guests and trip leaders to undertake a simple 15 minute covid test at the trip commencement. These tests will be the standard tests from pharmacies and supermarkets, and will be provided at our cost.
During the trip, if any member of the group has possible covid-19 symptoms they will need to test again. Should anyone test positive during the trip they will no longer be able to continue with the group activities.
Itinerary changes
Should anyone in the group, workshop instructors or local suppliers we work with test positive for covid-19, changes to the published itinerary may be necessary. We will endeavour to provide the best possible alternative solutions in these circumstances.
Masks may be required to be worn in confined spaces such as minivans and other private or public transportation. Some venues we visit may also require masks to be worn, and all guests will be required to wear a mask whenever the trip leader advises it is mandatory.
